Terms of use
By using One Boring Tool or purchasing the Micro-SaaS Studio, you agree to these terms. Contact oneboringtool@gmail.com with questions.
What you receive
A purchase provides one customer with ongoing access to the interactive Micro-SaaS Studio as it is described on the sales page. It includes the guided workspace, generated assets, saved progress, downloadable launch pack, and product support. It does not include custom software development, hosting for your separate product, third-party subscriptions, guaranteed customers, or guaranteed revenue.
Account and license
You may use your completed outputs for your own business and products. Your customer login and access are personal to you and may not be resold, publicly posted, shared between unrelated users, reverse engineered, or used to copy and redistribute the Studio itself.
Payment and refund
The displayed $49 founder price is a one-time payment. Stripe processes the transaction. You may request a refund within seven days of purchase if the Studio is not as described or you cannot use it. Send the request from, or identify, the checkout email. A full refund ends paid access.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for validating your market, reviewing generated material, testing software before launch, protecting your own credentials, following platform rules and applicable laws, and paying any separate domain, hosting, AI, email, builder, or processing costs.
Availability and acceptable use
We may maintain, improve, or replace features while preserving the product’s core purpose. Do not use the service to break laws, harm others, interfere with the service, access another customer’s data, or distribute malicious content.
Disclaimers and liability
The Studio is a practical planning and execution tool, not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Business results depend on the problem, market, offer, execution, and timing. To the extent allowed by law, One Boring Tool’s total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a new effective date. Access may be suspended for fraud, a reversed payment, a material security risk, or serious misuse. Terms that reasonably need to survive termination—including ownership, payment, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue to apply.
